Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with a vehicle order or test drive at BYD BIPO Antasari. By signing a Vehicle Order Letter (SPK), you agree to these terms.

1. OTR Pricing Policy

Prices displayed on this website are On The Road (OTR) Jakarta unless stated otherwise.

• Prices are non-binding and subject to change without prior notice due to changes in government tax regulations (BBN-KB, PPnBM) or principal pricing adjustments.
• For purchase outside Jakarta (Plat B), an adjustment fee (Selisih BBN) may apply depending on the destination region.
• The binding price is the price effective at the time of Vehicle Delivery (DO), not the time of Booking, unless a Price Lock guarantee is explicitly signed.

2. Booking Fee (Tanda Jadi)

To secure a unit or queue slot, a Booking Fee (Tanda Jadi) is required via official transfer to the company account (BYD BIPO Antasari).

• Refund Policy: Booking Fees are 100% refundable if the financing application (Credit) is rejected by the leasing provider.
• Booking Fees are non-refundable if the customer cancels unilaterally after the Purchase Order (PO) has been issued or the unit has been assigned (Allocated).
• Payments to personal accounts of sales consultants are strictly prohibited and are not recognized by the dealer.

3. Indent & Delivery

Estimated delivery times for Indent units are forecasts based on shipment schedules from the principal.

• BYD BIPO Antasari is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, shipping logistics, or customs clearance issues.
• Unit allocation is processed based on a "First Come, First Served" basis relative to the Booking Fee timestamp.

4. Test Drive Rules

Participants must possess a valid driver's license (SIM A). Participants agree to drive responsibly and obey traffic laws. BYD BIPO Antasari reserves the right to terminate a test drive if the participant drives recklessly.
