  • Financial Data: Bank statements, salary slips, and credit history specifically for credit simulation and leasing applications.

2. Usage of Information

Your data is strictly used for automotive-related purposes:

  • Vehicle Ordering (SPK): Processing your Vehicle Ordering Letter (Surat Pemesanan Kendaraan) and invoicing.
  • Leasing Applications: If you opt for financing, we transmit your data securely to our partner financial institutions (e.g., BCA Finance, Mandiri Tunas) for credit approval.
  • Vehicle Registration: Submitting necessary documents to SAMSAT for license plate and tax registration.
  • After-Sales: Reminding you of service intervals (Service Berkala) or warranty recalls.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share data with:

  • Principal (BYD/DENZA): For warranty registration and global customer databases.
  • Financial Partners: Strictly for financing approval processes initiated by you.
  • Government Authorities: As required by Indonesian law for vehicle taxation and registration.

4. Data Security

We employ enterprise-grade encryption for digital data and secure physical storage for hard-copy documents (such as SPK copies). Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
